Customized Products

We provide tailor-made impregnations and sealants for specific problems and new
applications. You can chose one of the following options:

1. Individual modification

A lot of the properties of the Nano-Seal products can be modified in order to meet individual requirements. These modifications comprise for instance the viscosity, the contents of solids and colouring.
They are free of charge upon orders of at least 100 L.

2. Development of a completely new impregnation system

Based on contract research and cooperation JELN develops impregnations with completely new polymer systems. Targets might be an improved resistance to a chemical, the adherence on a critical material, the improvement of the thermal resistance or specific properties as conductivity and the like. The terms of the contracts are negotiated individually. Please, contact us.

3. "Private Label" products

JELN also develops and produces impregnations to be marketed under your own label.
